Hi, I’m Jason LaChance.

I’m a health coach, van lifer, and lover of all things self improvement. 

Up until the Summer of 2020 I had a good job with a good company with co workers I loved.  

Something was missing though.

As I hard as I was working I never felt like I had any stakes on the table.  I had become too comfortable and was consuming much more than I was creating.

Over my 20 years in health and fitness I had become obsessed with how a calm mind and strong body could lead to a happier life. What was missing though was the fulfillment of the experiences and connection with others.

To fulfill my potential, and live “A Good Life,” I knew I had to step outside of my comfort zone. With that realization I set out on my dream to travel the country and build a life that had more at stake.  A Good Life where a Healthy Mind, Strong Body, and Fulfilling Experiences were at the forefront.

The ongoing process of a calm mind to comes from the virtues how to Overcoming Fear, Building Discipline, Seeking Wisdom, and Instilling Mindfulness.

This blog is combination of lessons learned from a previous life combined with the quest for freedom and fulfillment in my new one. It is the intersection of philosophy, habits, open roads and powerful moments.
